As a Medical Professionalist
i can define Stress as "Unable to cope up with the demand of the Work". It could be any kind of stress.
Stress has fatal effects on our body like Restlessness, Anxiety, Dizziness, tears in ears, headache, Most imporatant Angry, Agressive behaviour, finally leads to some psychic disorders. Some times it leads Stroke or Myocardial Infaction.
I hope there is no connection for weightloss yaar. Thats because lack of good diet thats it. Weight loss won't happen with stress. Im sure.

I know that stress can be bad for your health. That is, too much of it. It is hard in this life sometimes to deal with the everyday challenges and strife. Not everyone can handle it properly.
Each individual has his own way of dealing with it. There are some side effects to stress. Like losing weight, losing sleep and I think even some hair loss. I believe that weight can be regained through some better channeling of the stress.
Maybe some meditating, seeing a doctor and eating better.
I also believe that stress could make you lose your appetite and therefore the weight loss happens.
