From research (unofficial studies) publish before the relationship should be not to long and not too short, relationship for around 3-5 years is the best. After that moment, couple should move forwards to next level. It guide the couple to prepare for the next actions, if not when new excitement appear, the whole things will gone, believe is something like what you have explained.

Nothing is permanent in this world including relationships. Unfortunately, some people get tired of their partner and feel empty that's why a lot of people even if they already spend so many years together ended up breaking up. But, this happens when partner don't try to be spontaneous and try some things different. Who wants to be in a monotone kind of relationship anyway?

There are things happens different to what we are expecting or wanted to. I really believe with the sayings "Expect the Unexpected". If the spice or spark in the relationship is gone, there's a possibility that it wont end happily ever after. My mom and dad will have their 25th Anniversary next month. With 25 years, I witnessed the trials they had in their marriage life which also affected us. I realized, forgive and forget should a couple have and learn to move on. Pride and ego should be set aside. And you two should communicate very well.
