a riddle ,only for intelligent people ....

It goes like this...There are four people at a place.Among them one is dumb,one is blind,one is deaf,and the other one is a lover of the blind person. Now the deaf person will go and kiss the blind fellows lover.The dumb person will see this.Now,how the dumb person will tell this to the blind person....?????Think about it and answer it..

hmm in this age of technology there are many options with him/her. like he/she can write and the software on his cellphone or computer can speak and tell to the blind person. ..

spoiledbrat is right. He dumb but can he can still relay what he saw to the blind person by talking.
