Enjoying life takes time but do you schedule time in your day, week, or month to just enjoy and experience life? I have found that if I don't schedule some time for enjoying life other demands will take all of my time away. Here is a trick that I have used for years to make sure that I have time to enjoy life. At the beginning of every week as I begin to plan my schedule I write in times that are mine and schedule them like any other appointment. Then as the week goes on if someone ask me to take on another task and it conflicts with some of my time I can look at my planner and honestly say "I'm sorry I am busy at that time" and then I can suggest another time to meet. What do you do to make sure you have the time to enjoy life?

When I read I am enjoying life. When I see the smile of my daughter I am enjoying life, Watching a good movie, dancing, talking with friends, cooking, traveling...I have many ways to enjoy life and all of them make me happy.
Have a nice day and welcome.

Hi teka and thanks for the welcome. Enjoying life can be big or small like you have suggested. I think it is important to not become so busy that we don't allow ourselves the time to enjoy even the simple things like the smile on one of our childrens faces.

Time is always there. We only think that there is too much or too little of it. We actually have enough of it. This is how I enjoy my life, being where I am at the time. Cheers!!

I am a housewife as well as a stay at home mother. It can get hectic sometimes and I could use a break. I do like to rest and then enjoy life. I don't get out much but I do like to go outdoors when I can to enjoy the scenery.
It has been beautiful weather where I am at in the last week and some times it just helps to relax and unwind by taking in nature.
There are a lot of things that keep me busy but it is important to set time aside to enjoy life around me. Just a few minutes out of the day can be worth it.
