I have a great recipe for you and your kids.
You take :
1 egg
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
Mix ingredients all together until you have a formed ball
take tablespoons and form into a ball place onto un-greased cookie sheet.
take a fork and smash down in the center.
bake at 375 in the oven for 10 minutes
take out and sprinkle with sugar or place a Hershey's kiss on top.
This is a cheap and very simple peanut butter cookie recipe.
Enjoy

Tacos are a safe bet! Also Mac & cheese is a hit here too. I add tuna or salmon to Kraft dinner for a quick meal and my daughter loves it immensely. I have occasionally done the grilled cheese qnd soup dinner as well. My daughter loves my meatloaf and mashed potatoes with it. Not sure what kinds of foods you all like...hope this helps.
