I am a mother and grandmother, but this is something new to me and I am wondering if there are any mother's out there who can shed some light. My seven year old grandson went to school today and began to use sign language. Now he can talk and is very healthy. He was sent to the nurses office, doing sign language and then explained to the nurse that his head hurt and was going to explode. He also enformed her that there was red and green ora in his house. The nurse was thinking and trying to figure out what to do next, when my grandson said to her that her brain was quite. She answered him by saying no, I am trying to think. He told her again, that her brain was quite and that he could see everyone's brain. He has always been very imaginative at home and with his parents and us, this is the first time he has done this and discussed it like this. He usually talks about his imaginary friends. My daughter set up an appointment with his doctor to see if there is something wrong. I don't know what to think of this, and am looking to see if anyone else has dealt with something like this. Would appreciate any help.

That's a tough one to answer, really. There is evidence (albeit not very highly scientific)to suggest that children do see and perceive spirits and energy much more easily than do adults. On the other hand, he could also be experiencing severe migraines and this is how his brain perceives them. One way or another, I think it's hilarious that he told the nurse that her head was quiet! rofl!!!!!

Young children are usually more in touch with their 6th sense. I know, it sounds crazy and you don't want to believe it. But, if people stopped being so closed minded and accepted that their children see and sense things that we don't then maybe it wouldn't be so adnormal. His imaginary friends are probably his guardian angels or spirits looking out for him. Most children can see them and the only reason why they don't say things majority of the time is fear of getting in trouble from the parent. Most parents wont accept this and tell their child to stop being so silly and that there is no such things as ghosts. My daughter sees the ghost in our house all the time. I don't tell her it's not true because I know it is. My mom and myself have heard him. We've never seen him but that's because we were always taught that there are no ghosts and we are silly. So our minds have blocked that out. My daughter gets really scared some nights and says the little boy was in there looking at her again. I keep telling her to tell him it's bed time and you'll play with him in the morning. That's what she does now and he seems to be leaving her alone at night. Your grandson seems like he's got a gift. You need to nurture it but also warn him about who he can say that type of stuff to. Some people aren't so accepting.
