Hey guys, how about this idea? I think it would be so much better if people had to read the 2 most important rules first, before they can start a new discussion, because many new people here come through the PTc sites, and ofcourse they wanna share their ref.links with them. And they don't mind reading the rules.. So I thought; when you start a discussion here you'll get to see the next thing; Before starting you have to agree with the following rules; 1 ******* 2 ******* 3 ******* (just examples are these, like don't place reflink, don't link to another affiliate program etc...you know !) I think this would save MyLot.com alot of time, and a lot of difficulty with NEW users! Because those new users, will have to read it, and if they still decide to place their links, then they can't use the reason; I didn't know! And which then would mean or a last warning or direct ban, but that decision is to MyLot! How do you think about this?? Share you're opinion..

I couldn't agree with you more. I love your idea and maybe myLot will consider putting it into practise. I recently registered with another site and it is so boring...it is full of referral links. There are no quality discussions on the site. Not alone that, but as soon as I signed up, my email box was flooded with emails saying that I had been sent a pm and when I opened them they were just lots more referral links. I like myLot because nobody can send referral links in pms unless they are accepted as a friend. Then if they send links we can just delete them from our friends list.

I'm guessing you're talking about Scavengercash, right?

That's the one I'm talking about. There is also a shout box and that is also dull and boring. The same people are talking all the time and the conversation is all about various sites and getting more referrals. If you are not interested in these, then you are not welcome in the shout box.

I sometimes wonder if, instead of those unreadable letters and figures that some sites make you type in, MyLot should put up those rules with the instruction "Please translate this into your own language." This might come out something like: "Dnt post ne lnx prmtg uzr afili8 prgmz" (oops ... "Don't post ...comments criticizing members for bad/broken English or bad spelling" Take 100 lines and stand in the corner till break, Owlwings!) There just remains the problem of "I got paid/didn't get paid the 3 cents that Scambux owes me!" I guess these come under the heading of 'promoting milestones'. Mind you, we are NOT allowed to "Start discussions on individual issues you are having with myLot. Please contact myLot via private messages and your issue will be addressed." ... but I guess this is a collective issue, after all.
