When you moved out, did your parents change your room?

When I moved out of my parents house, they didn't touch my room. When I cam home - even years after I moved out - I cam home to a room that was exactly how I left it the time before. This still amazes my husband to this day (we have been together 6 years LOL). His Mom plans what she is going to do with the kids rooms even before they move out! Did you parents keep your room or did they change it? What will you do for your kids?

My room is always changing because my mom likes to take in stray members of my family. Right now the room is my older brothers. If i stay there for any reason i get the couch that is in the spare room.

While I was in College the room stayed the same because I came home a lot. After I finished my education and moved away, the room became fair game. I think my sister claimed it next, and then after everyone moved, Dad turned it into a study. Now, my parents don't even live there. My Dad is a Pastor and he moved to a different church a few hours away. They still have a room in their house though that is mainly for their girls to stay in when we visit.

Mom loves to each corner of the house clean and organized. Yeah she always move one stuff to another corner and in her next cleaning she will move it to another again. But for those light things only. But I don't want my stuff to be move to different place/s because it is difficult for me to find where they are if they're not in the place where I put them. Sometimes that's the cause why my mom and I have arguments..hehe. In other hand, I am thankful because she always makes my room clean. She does that until I left. She cleans my room often than me even I moved out to our house and moved to my apartment.

The room at our parents house is for the three of us. No it has not been change. I think because each of us have different personalities and Mama didn't want to have it done. Now that she has die daddy only see to it that when the hurricane damage it, it was repair. I am back at home and I don't see myself changing it either. So I guess it will remain as it is.

Well when I moved out, my older brother's friend moved in. Then after that my cousin moved in. You see everyone loved my parents so as soon as a room was available someone moved in! The room stayed the same until they sold the house, just had different occupants along the way.
