Adding code to a Mylot sortie?

Does anyone know how to insert code into a mylot sortie? Please do not post simple directions of were to place it. I want to know what specifc code you need. Are there specific headings required? I have tried adding various pieces of code but after pressing 'save' it just disappears and nothing seems to work.

here's the trick! you might have to experiment around a little.
you have to remove all the extra stuff from your HTML code.
things like alt, border="0", and things like that......your image source should end with jpg. or gif. anything after the extension should be removed.
i was having the same problem putting banners on my profile page......trust me, it works.
note: myLot won't let me put HTML code here in discussions so i'm going to replace

Why thank you very much Sconibear, that was a great help and I've finally got some code to function. I would never have guessed that myself by removing the border and width etc as you suggested. It really is rare that I ever get a straight intelligent answer to a query like this on mylot. Maybe things are looking up! Thanks again for your post - much appreciated.
