torrenting in school with blackcats

is it safe? one time i got a warning from a torrent when downlaoding in school but i heard that blackcats is private. so will it be safe? can they still "catch" me if im on the private tracker? i think that the way they catch u is that someone joins the swarm on teh torrent and they "monitor" activities of the peers on that tracker. so if u uplaod something to them, they know u are torrenting and "catch" you for that. so if im on a private tracker, they won't be able to get in on the swarm right? if anyone knows, please comment. thanks for reading! -resuab
