would you buy an apartment in downtown area or buy a villa in rural area?

that's my choice too. In order to be convenient to work and convenient for shopping I chosed to buy apartment in downtown area. It's a tall building with lift. Yes I would like to buy both too. Apartment for working days and villa for weekends and holidays. Also a car is needed to make the life perfect.
