Do You Prefer Documentaries or Hollywood Movies?

I enjoy sitting on the edge of my seat during a good Hollywood blockbuster. However I have also seen some excellent documentaries that have reduced me to tears and/or opened my eyes to things that take place in the world. Which do you prefer?

I'm like you. I like both depending on what they're about. I've seen some super movies, but I also enjoy anything about history. I don't go to many movies, but I do like to watch documentary-type programming on TV.

that's a great question!!! i have also seen some great documentaries, but i would probably have to say that i prefer a hollywood movie. movies, to me, are way to escape reality for a little bit.... documentaries remind me of long episodes of the national geographic show :-)

thank you!;0) yeah, I know what you mean about docs but sometimes a good dose of another's reality can be healthy for us. however escape with movies is great too. thanks for the response.
