Do you know what your triggers are?

For the most part I don't, I know it happens a lot when some one is watching me or I feel rushed, but I don't know what exactly it is. I tend to get anxiety attacks when I'm in super markets cause I have a certain amount of time I feel I'm expected to finish. I'm not sure if it's time or what though that triggers it.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.

Oh, I can't stand supermarkets. My partner has to do the grocery shopping. Luckily, he doesn't mind doing it. I think he kind of likes it. It's all the people that makes me anxious. I don't like crowds. Waiting in line makes me anxious too, for some reason.

I can relate. I hate Wal-Mart. I have had several anxiety attacks in there. I think I hate crowds and I definitely hate the lines. I think maybe a person might feel like they can't escape the line. Once you're in it, you're stuck, maybe??
