Daily at what time you will sleep...

Hi Naresh, you are very disciplined - to sleep at 10.30pm daily. I really can't get myself to sleep early, though I have to wake up at 6.15am on working days. I would usually sleep at 12 midnight (that's the earliest). On weekends, it's even later, 2-3 am, as I can wake up later the next day!

I sleep when my body says I wanna slewp now. This can either before 12am or after 12am which can extent upto 2 0r 3 am. As I m ac college goin student, it is no matter for me.

I work with Mylot just about every day of the week. I work nights and my husband does too. I work alot of my other sites while working in Mylot as well. I sleep during the daylight hours.

Hi there nareshreddy68! My sleeping time varies. It depends on how busy I am in the evening. When I need to work on my lectures for the next day, I would stay up late. At times, even my lectures are done, I would extend a little to at least work on my usual myLot activities. That is because this is the only time I can go online to do my myLot activities. More often than not, I hit the bed at around 12 midnight.

Hello,Nares! I am retired person but busy with so many works throughout the day.My usual time of leaving bed is 6.0AM.After completing all routine works I prepare the morning tea for me and my wife.Then I spend two hours in reading newspapers.Then go to the kitchen garden to look to needs of the plants,clean the garden, and then I finish my bath.It will be about 11.0AM.I cook our foods for the lunch while my wife would then be busy in her prayers.After lunch take rest for some time and then work in the computer.In the night I work in the computer,attend to response till 1.0 AM and then retire to bed for a good night sleep.thanx.
