help!

I am a Filipino wanting to study again after my fateful endeavor in college which I wasn't able to finish due to p[olitical reasons I had with my thesis professor. I want to enroll myself in a school where I can study culinary arts. My issue is...where can I find a school that would admit me for a scholarship. I can ensure to pass any exams that will be given but I don't know where I can find a school... geez...I want to study again and finish it...and become someone I want to be... a chef.. :'( If anyone here can help me out I would really appreciate any kind of help.. i am sorry to hear your story.i want to help you ,but at present i don't know this kind of school ,either.i don't think a scholarship is that important,you can study culinary by the way of practise,you know ,most cooking is made by more practise,maybe you can get some unique cook by your own way,at the same time , if i have any information about the school like you said , i will inform you about that, hope you can be what you want to be soon.
