How do you like your hot chocolate?

Do you like it with marshmallows? Just plain? I like it with a dollop of cool whip on top. My partner bought this Swiss Miss hot chocolate that came with marshmallows in it, and it's really gross. The marshmallows remind me of the marshmallows in cereal, like in Lucky Charms or something. They are little and hard. Not like marshmallows at all. I told him not to get that kind again. Swiss Miss is OK, just not the one with the marshmallows.

I like it with just the milk, though I have put whip cream on the top before. Yummy!
It's funny, when I was little I loved the packaged cocoa with those hard little marshmallows (after they softened up, of course). Just add hot water and you have instant hot cocoa! However, I never liked these same type of marshmallows in my cereal. Isn't that ironic?

I like my hot chocolate plain, or with a bit of whipped cream at the top. Marshmallows are difficult to deal with - they never all come into your mouth, so at the end you have really sweet, sticky stuff.
.Its yummy.Now that its quite cold your discussion rings a reminder I feel like just going for a cup of hot chocolate right now.I should try the variations you have mentioned.

I like my hot chocolate plain,but I like it to be made with all milk,it never tastes the same if it is made with water,the milk just makes it creamier,sometimes at work we would make it when the boss wasnt about,and we would add some cream to it too,if its whipped well ,it goes frothy and its just so delicious.I am not a marshmallow fan though.

i do like marshmallows in mine.i always fix mine in the microwave & i put the marsmallows in at the last. want be long till it will be hot chocolate time around here. i usually just drink it when it's cold.

hi kelly,
i like my hot choco w/ fresh milk and coffee =D my cousin taught me some delicious way of preparation that instead of just pouring hot water over the choco powder, heat in microwave a cup of fresh milk then put on a good amount of chocolate..the cadbury drink is just sooo delicious XD
but yeah, love those mallows too. thanks!

I love hot chocolate with whipped cream on top, too. The contrast between the cold of the cream and the warmth of the hot chocolate is soooo good! I don't mind the hard little marshmallows, but they melt pretty quickly.

My husband and I want the dark chocolate sensation variant of Swiss Miss. I like hot choco to have that bitter sweet like fresh cocoa. I don't like milk on my hot choco and I don't like it to be too sweet.

i like my hot chocolate with cream, cinnamon and a shot of mint. at least, that's how i order mine from starbucks. if it's just swissmiss, i like it with a lot of marshmallows.
