Do you use "On Demand" services?

I currently use the BBC's iplayer and 4oD for most of my "TV" viewing, but I only watch the free programs on 4oD. And when I was in the USA last year I used NBC and Fox ones. So do you use any, and it so how often?

I live in the US & YES I use On Demand frequently...especially on the weekends when they put on the new programming!!! I ONLY use the FREE stuff. I cannot afford to pay for all the ala cart items. Some I don't find interesting enough to pay for. It seems they are working it in that direction so only the rich will be able to watch TV. Then the poor will be kept under control as they will have no way of knowing what's happening!!!

I would like to watch some of the Discovery channel programs on 4oD but they are £0.99 to rent.
