need help with moneybookers please...

i am getting mad at them now...
i feel so sad and bad..:( i have 28 dollars with money bookers now and when i try to get my money and withdraw it from my moneybookers account they prompted a message that i need to send them a scanned copy of my drivers license and a proof of billing. i sent them a copy of my driver's license and my bank account for my proof of billing, but i didnt receive any response from they yet. i have sent it twice already, and it has been 4 days and i didnt get any message from them that they receive what i sent them or something..i cant withdraw or use my hard earned money..how sad can that get? arghhhh.. who uses moneybookers here? do you know how long before they reply back to the emails from their users? have you encountered this kind of problem? any suggestions? i need your help..

i use moneybookers and i have more than $200 in my account..
I have to find the proceedings.

This is the first time for me to hear that they even are asking for driver's license and proof of billing! How could they do that? Have they verified your address already. Actually my address has not been verified because it was only lately that I learned the address has to be verified so it was only last week that I requested and they told me they will send with 2 to 5 days but up to now I have not received. I am not trying to withdraw my money yet but I am afraid once I withdraw I will have the same problem as yours. Oh that will drive me mad.

I am an active user of moneybooker til now. and I haven't been encountered yet about your problem. I already have 4 successful transactions in moneybooker. could the moneybooker that you've registered was a scam? I believe that moneybooker don't actually ask for that kind of requirements.

Well i am using moneybookers. But have not tried to withdraw money. But i did not know that they ask drivers license to withdraw money. If it is so then i will never be able to withdraw money from them. I even don't know how to ride a cycle. From where i can get a drivers license.

well, not really driver's license but they need identification that we are really the account holder. so they asked for a a driver's license or a pssort, then a utility bill like a water bill or electrivity bill or a bank statement to see that we live in the address that they have on their records.. but what makes me not happy is that i have sent them the documents that they needed, and i sent it twoce, but i didnt get any response from them yet.. i dont know if they still have plans allowing me to withdraw my money!

I got some bad experience in moneybookers,I got my 20 Erou dollars stolen by hacker!!God,it was 5 years before,when earning online was not so easy.God~they're poor in guide this I think~`therefore,I had not withdraw some amount from it.I think you'd better ask and ask ,say more time requires.Good luck`~

really? that's so bad.. how could a hacker pass through their tutoring number and stuffs like that?i just want to be able to enjoy my hard earned money and they are not allowing me to withdraw it.. or it just take them forever to respond to the email that i sent them with the documents that they are asking.

Im getting mad too.I can't withdraw my money in my moneybookers account.Yes they asked proof of address.But my problems is my address is already verified but still can't withdraw the money.I tried many times to get the money in my account and they says its "INVALID AMOUNT" and my IP address is under investigating resulting misuse of my account.I tried to get the money for almost 1 month buts till not.This is horrible.

OH!! this means i am not alone in the world then.. this is really sad.. i try not to think about the money that i have there because it would only make me feel sad.. i just use my paypal account, and so far, so good. i ma definitely happy with paypal, it's a lot easier to use than moneybookers too.. i dont know what to do, or if there is still something that i can do about my money there..:(
