Hello mattcassethan
I have lost count how many times I have been on a diet in the past as I have no will power and don't usually make it to the end of the week before giving up. I am still overweight but don't worry about it so much but when the hankering of wanting to look better and improve my health I will no doubt have another go!

I have never been on a diet to lose weight before but have been on some to gain weight . It seems to be the same thing only in reverse . I am never able to keep on any weight that I gain the same as it seems those that lose the weight are never able to keep it off . Best of luck if you are trying to lose weight , sorry I am unable to offer you more :)

I have been on diets but not to loose weight I was on them to gain some weight. People who are on diets always seem to gain back weight I dont know why and it must be hard to lose it all and then to get it back again. Mabye diets just dont' really work cause unless you are going to do it forver they don't seem to help anyone.

I have never been on a diet... no matter what i do... how much i eat... i don't gain weight... the only time i did was when i was pregnnat... and immediately lost it after giving birth... i guess i am very lucky in that aspect... since the common problem among women is how to lose weight...

it wasn't a diet as such i was just trying to eat healthier i joined rosemary conolly to support a friend and started to watch my fat intake sugars etc. I'm have a pretty well balanced diet it was the excercise i was missing and the lady used to run and aerobic workout after the meting so i think i mainly lost weight because of that. The only thing she really said is i should drink more water, stay off the crisps and get more exercise. I don't really have issues with my weight i'm fat but i like my food and as long as i feel ok i'm ok with it. s soon as i'm feeling better I plan to start dance classes again as i can tell my fitness level is way down and I miss it.

a bunch of times. i always lost weight, i usually gained it back. i didn't have any certain diet i used, i know what to do if i'd just do it. i love to eat too good & really think alot of it is just habit.

I was never on a diet cause I want to gain more weight but I try to gain weight all the time. If I gain a few pounds they don't stay there so maybe it is the same thing as a diet just that I want to diet for weight and not diet to lose weight.
