Complications during birth?

I had a fairly good pregnancy until the end. By the time I was 7 months pregnant, i was getting dizzy spells, where I would black out and usually end up throwing up when I came to a few seconds later. I stopped myself from driving and had to leave work on a sick leave. At labor, my daughter had poohed inside of me so when my water broke, it wasn't clean. As soon as she came out, she was taken right away to be suctioned, cleaned and incubated to view vital signs. She was perfectly fine and 30 mins later, I was finally aloud to hold her.
