Things to do in Puerto Rico

Hi all! My husband & I are going back to Puerto Rico in January. We went in 2007 on our honeymoon, and he'd been there once before with a friend. We didn't see & do a ton of things, and we did't get to the west coast. I was wondering if anyone knows of any interesting things to see & do there? Thanks!
