Can you spend your whole day in front of your computer?

yeah i will... because i have to do that.. there is no other go for me... as i am software developer its my fate to spend all time with computer... but i am enjoying it,so no problem for me in spending my time in front of computer... happy lotting friend...

I have spent the whole day on the computer when I have nothing better to do. Sometimes it's hard to pull myself away from it when I am talking to my friends. Other than that I'm not sure how a person can spend all day in front of it. Though I do spend some time on mylot and I do write a lot on blogs and my own book.

No i dont think my duties would ever permit me to work all day infornt of the computer. I am a working woman and am managing finacial part of the company. That does need research and i do it on the net but apart from that going through corporate report costing etc consumes a good amount of my time. If you are having enough time to spend all day then you can earn a good income online and as you say you do chatting too try to get maximum refferals by sending messaged down to your friends at social network sites.

I spend a lot of time in front of the computer online especially at mylot. Just love this place.

I used to like spending all day in front of the computer.. when I was enjoying to stay in front.. but now I'm working all day seeing a monitor and I think that after this I won't like it anymore!

No because I have to work. I also limited myself when I am at home as it can be unsociable sometimes.

i sometimes end up doing that but i don't like spending my whole day in front of the computer, ideally i would like to balance my time with the outdoors,nature, greenery. or may be going out for listening to music or something.

hmm, even though I'm kinda computer addict, I don't think I can stay at it for the whole day. My back really hurts and my eyes eventually hurt when spending 6-8 hours in front of my computer, what more if I spend on it the whole day. Perhaps, I can stay for a whole day in front of it if once in a while, I'll take a rest, stand up for a few minutes and close my eyes for awhile.

i like to spend time infront of my computer not all the day. only some hours about 6-7 hrs only. if i spend more than tat, surely i will hate the computer.

yes I can.. I'm addicted to watching asian series and movies in the internet.. I really dont want to stop unless it's finished. Sometimes I even eat while in front of a computer.

i always do... i work from home (video editing, graphics designing, scriptwriting) plus those internet works or business... no time to go somewhere...

Sometimes, I want to, because of the demands of work and of course-hobby. But my eyes need rest at times. Eye strain is something I have to contend with. The mind can go on and on but the eyes easily droops and makes it impossible to go on at long extended hours of time.

me too... i can spend my whole day in front of my computer... but my dear n my mom oso not allow me to spend whole day in front of computer coz they said it is not healthy, just our fingers r moving n the radioactive of the computer will spoil our health... so they dun allow us to spend the whole day in front of the computer....

whoa!!!same thing that happens to me, i cant just leave my computer, maybe or this is the reason why i have to go to my optalmologist, i have a defect on my eyesight already because of too much time on the computer and never have a rest, but i just love my computer, this is where i learn bout things, communicate with friends and most of all earn money... WHEn I first got a puter I Was on it about 15 hours a day now I have slowed down for I have other things to do like take grand daughterto park! get outside to garden and swim

Unfortunately, yes I could! But then again I'd enjoy it to! I just think I am getting lazy if all I do is sit in front of the computer. Granted I have lots of things going, several money making ventures in the works and all, but still - just sitting really annoys me.

Hello,Vimaal! It is impossible for me to sit before the computer for the whole day.It will create back pain as I am too old a person.I do work for some hours in the computer but not continuously.I give a break in every hour and do other works so that the body gets rest for some time.But in the night I work for three to four hours at a stretch and then go to sleep.Thanx.

Well I used to be able to sit in front of it all day, but now I am finding it hard to spend all this time here. I find I get restless of it and tire of it easily and so I have started cutting the hours now that I spend on it.

Hi vimaal, Yes I also like to spend all day on my computer but I can't as I have to do others things and also get plenty of fresh air, so you should be out and about instead of been on the computer all day, yes you can be on your computer in the evening because that is the best time. Tamara

I don't think I could spend the whole day in front of the computer even if I wanted to. Right now I have a small son and a puppy to watch after. In the afternoons my husband comes home from work and uses the computer to go on line and such. I do like to go on line to correspond with the members here but for only a certain amount of time or I will feel burnt out. I need a rest here and there. Some people can sit on the computer for a long time but that is just not for me.
