Eating healthy meals is important for us to function well for the day ahead. But it is not just eating healthy foods could be beneficial to us. One thing that most of us overlook that have same importance as of eating healthy food is eating with our family. Having our meal especially dinner with our family could do a lot for our child. Studies show that kids who eat with there family do better in school and they are less likely to drink, smoke and do drugs than those children who don’t eat with their family.
The question is do you still have the time to eat with your family? And if you do have time do you do it?

Hello katkat,
Thanks for the info. Well, I always make sure we eat dinner together and during weekends, if we don't go anywhere, I will cook and again we have our breakfast, lunch and dinner together. I make it a habit for my son to eat together with us though most of the time, he just playing around with his food. He is just two year old but he seems to enjoy the time sitting by himself and eating together with us.
