this is my job for 12hours in a day. my responsibility is to receive a telephone calls from the public and encode incident information to the computer. and using the radio to dispatch and coordinate with the police, fire brigade and to emergency medical services unit,and most importantly, exercises judgment in responding emergency quickly and correctly. decisions made here is very vital to the public safety and directly bear upon the personal safety of the citizens of the City of Davao, Philippines.
