click fraud and /or sabotage

i need the best solution to stop, prevent, or resolve click fraud ... or click sabotage ? i.e. i'm trying to be totally honest and would like to be more assured so my supporting sponsors will not be duped. i have a few ideas for solutions, but nothing i'm totally satisfied with. please help.
