has myspace died down?

Honestly, I think the reason it was so much fun was because it still had that new online community now. It once was a place to meet new friends and connect with old ones- now it's more about the applications they have on there. People would rather have tons of applications and have tons of friends to send those application comments to. I think that the reason Myspace was started has really been forgotten. It's sad really.

that's right...i am no longer have an interest to surf into myspace except if i have any comments or msg...only approve persons that i know well...now, i am active in friendster..

I believe because it was so new, at the time, everyone jumped onto it, sort of like the AOL chatrooms from the 90s. plus, there are tons of similar sites: facebook, myyearbook, orkaurt, etc. there are even niche specifics: inkednation, vampirefreaks, and such. in myspace's defense, there are tons of "cam spammers" on facebook, myyearbook, friendster, and other sites.

Today i am using myspace just because of my friends are using and ya i belive that through the blogs you share your everything when your friend are not online... even you can decorate yor profile .change your mood according to the felling that u have... And every coin has 2 sides .. we can neglect the naked girls and their profiles..But if u will ask me in todays time myspace is too favorite in popstars also.. belive me today many popstars have thier pages but nobody knows that... So have with myspace... and enjoy
