How Much Knowledge Do I Need On A Topic Before I Can Start Blogging About It?

I have a bunch of interests and would like to start blogging on a few of them to earn a little extra money a month. The problem is I could write an article about one of my interests everyday for the next 30 days, but after that I would start running out of stuff to say. When this happens, what do you guys do? If I'm passionate about a topic do you think it will be hard to come up with continuous fresh and unique content?

If it's a subject that really interests you, you'll keep learning more about it, and you can blog as you go. Sometimes blogging is a good way to motivate yourself to learn more. But if you're just doing it for the money, you'd better have something that will carry you through for a lot more than 30 days.

Usually it's best to do a full research on the topic. If you start a topic and you haven't researched it and you start posting facts that may or may not be true, you can get into a little bit of trouble. Now, this doesn't mean you can't write your own opinion-by all means, please do- but researching a topic will bring more traffic to your site because they view you as a trusted source.
