oh yeah, dried fish as in "bulad" with vinegar makes a delicious viand every morning or if you really ran out of viand dried fish comes to the rescue, whether fried or grilled. eating dried fish always is also not good though for the kidneys.

Hello iyah, Do you mean dried salted fish? If we are talking about the same fish, you have got me! I like to eat dried salted fish too but it depends on what type of fish. My mom's cook is still the best and whenever I go back to my hometown, I will ask her to cook my favorite dishes.

I love dried fish but I seldom get to eat it these days. I remember one time when my cousin lived with us and he was a dealer of dried fish. We would have dried fish everyday which was great.

Wow, it is truly fresh from the sea and directly dried in the Sun and I do remember we have one place in Cebu in which my Mother and I would always want to go to "Bantayan Island" just to bought a bucket of dried fish and we do reserved it in the house and sometimes when my Mother would visit to a friend she always bring it for a house gift...

Hi ya iyah10 I have never heard of dried fish before so therefore I have never tried it. I am not aware if it is available in my local supermarket. Maybe I will ask on the fish counter the next time I am in there

I don't really eat very much fish at all, I am not a lover of fish, I prefer beef over anything else. I do like lamb and goat and chicken too.

I don't think I've ever had dried fish. I've had smoked salmon, which is amazing! You should try it. It's delicious and I can't get enough of it! Unfortunately I'm pregnant and can't eat smoked salmon. :(

I do love to eat dried fish. Its great to know that you are from Cebu. I am also from Cebu. Considering this, I think you are familiar with Bantayan Island. They have an abundant supply of dried fish there. I have an uncle who sends dried fish to us here in the city every month. I love their dried fish since its very fresh and tasty. I do love it fried, sometimes I put some tomato and of course, there is always vinegar and a little chili. Oh boy, I am hungry already.

First of all, I'd like to say hi to a fellow pinoy! I like eating dried fish but unlike you, I don't miss eating it. There's this small resto near my apartment and they it on the menu. I usually have breakfast there and they serve dried fish with tomatoes, soy sauce and calamansi. It's so delicious. But I don't make a habit of eating that everyday. I just order dried fish whenever I feel like eating some.
