my husband showers once a week?

once a week a shower, nasty. i take a bath every day and i do brush daily.

nop i never even know anyone who stays 1 weeek.. lol.. i know my dad takes a shower every single da before going to work.. even if its freezing!!. and if he cut his hair.. he comes home and take a bath again.. lol so i dono really.. wat u should do. but i would suggest throwing him in the bath tube. lol like put the bath tube in the living room.. when he gets in the house he trips by the tube and accidently go in lol..

OMG that is very gross. I hope you make him sleep in another room or something. Yuck! I bathe at least once a day and brush my teeth twice a day.

My husband would be disgusted if he couldn't shower everyday. Me too. Why is he like that? Is it to save money from water or what?

I don't know how you can stand him beside you. I can't imagine my husband not taking a bath. Is he afraid of water or something?

Once a week?! I know a man who wouldn't be gettin' no lovin' till he started showering more often.Even if he has an inside desk job there are just parts of a man that sweat and need washing at least every other day.And I wouldn't be touching them till they were.

Yuck, nasty! This practice went out of vogue with the advent of running water. My sympathies to you. My husband isn't this bad, but I still have to bug him to get him to clean up sometimes.

You could hint that you want some nooky in the shower, ofcourse when you get in the shower, dont touch him till he is squeeky clean. :) You could also say.. "oh what is that smell.. ?"

My EX Husband was like that..heck, he would wear the socks and jeans for over a week without putting them in the clothes hamper..I could go on and on on..lol

You must be a very tolerant person; or your husband must have a lot of redeeming qualities that you can live with this behavior. If I tried to pull something like that with my wife, I'd surely get kicked out of the bedroom. The longest I ever go without showering is maybe 1 day; but usually that's when I plan to do some exercise the next morning; so, I figure I can clean up after that. I usually just shower before going to bed every night. It's just a habit thing; you get used to it. Showering before bed even helps me to relax and fall asleep easier. But back to your problem: If I were in the same situation and my wife just nagged me to shower, I'd probably go the opposite way just to spite her. I know; it sounds immature; but that's how some men are. But if she withheld spousal services from me, then that would be a big incentive for me to get cleaned up. What do you think? Can you or your husband hold out longer? Just a thought.

nope, my husband takes a shower daily, he would freak if he couldnt shower for a day.... altho my mother was married to a man that wouldnt shower unless he had company coming over, had to go to work, or go to the store... god I hate to think about his 2 week vactions...

showers once a week??? i can't imagine on that..NASTY.... i showers everyday sometimes twice because too hot

I am a man, and oddly enough i shower every day. I can not see showering once a week. I would imagine after a bit a man that doesn't wash at least every other day would begin to smell. that is actually laziness on his part. Some people don't shower because they feel they don't have the time. Me I take 5 to 15 minutes out of my day to feel better and refreshed. It is actually a pick-me-up for me.

That's just nasty!!! You will smell after 2 to 3 days. I shower everyday or sometimes every other day and brush my teeth everyday.
