I have been married for 5 1/2 years and I absolutly HATE my mother-in-law. SHe's an alcoholic, she's rude, selfish and the list could go on forever, I don't even let her see my kids. What about you?

I dont hate my mother-in-law I just dont like the things she says to my husband when I am not arround. she talks to my husband behind my back because she is afraid that I will get mad and start an arguement and not let her see the kids ever again. Ihave to hear from my husband what she says. She tried to convince my husband that our youngest daughter was not his and tried to get him to get a blood test. That toped the cake. I confronted her about it and she said that she was only joking. Yeah joking my a**

My mother-in-law is OK. I don't see her that much (she lives 800 miles away) and rarely talk to her on the phone.

I have my future mother-in-law too. She is mean and rude too. And because her son is with me I think she will never help us or him. I don't know what's wrong with her because I have never did or say anything bad to her. I think the explanation is that she feels that she is loosing her son. Well, loosing him in the way that she won't be there , hers anymore, but she will be more devoted to me and our new family. Ufff, this boy's mothers.... they are all the same. I think they are gelous that we have more power, influence or whatever on their sons.

I think it's a pre-requisite before your son gets married. ha ha ha The mother-in-law has to be a witch before and after her son gets married!
