What was your first pet?

A Collie dog named Ginger...she kind-of looked like lassie hahaha

My first pet was a pug. I still clearly remember the day that my parents got him. He was such the cutest thing and loved him dearly. He lived a long life of 16 human years.

well my first pet as far as i can remember were 4 japanese turtles. they were small turtles that has red markings on their face. the reason i got 4 because they wre like the TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES! hahahahaha but unfortunately they dide coz i was too young to handle responsibilities like cleaning their bowl, it got so dirty and smelly. i also remember how i take them out of their bowl and let them race and see whos the fastest! cool huh?

My frist pet was a cat his name was smokie and he lived to be 17 years old unfourtnaly we had to put him down when i was 17 years old

i think it was either the turtle i got from tagaytay or the love birds that also came from tagaytay... from that resto with the mini zoo...

my first pet was a parrot given to me by one of my dad's friend. but i find it strange that it cannot talk or i failed to teach him. it was a very colourful bird and extremely noisy one in the morning. i was only 7-8 yrs old then if i recall correctly. i would feed him daily but it never seem to grow bigger. it stayed with me for about 6 months until i made the fatal mistake and letting it out of the cage. i was young then and naive. one morning, i was alone at home and seeing that it was lonely in the cage, i closed all the windows in the house and decided to let it out to roam a little thinking i would have the ability to make it go back. but it was a mistake, out it came and flew around the house. it did not want to go back to the cage no matter how i tried. when my mum returned from her groceries, out it flew from the front door and disappeared from my sight forever. since then, i did not see it again and i wishes it well although i doubt it is still alive as it was more than 20 years ago. thereafter, i kept, goldfishes (plenty of them), a pet dog, and terrapine.
