How many hours of sleep do you get??

How many hours of sleep dp you get? Me, i always make sure that i have atleast a 7 hours of sleep..though the maximum time,well, 12 hours..i don't know why, but when i slept for a 12 full hours i get awoke and can't sleep no more although i wanted to..besides we only got 24hrs a day too short just to sleep it all day.. but mind you!! a newly published study from america states that 8 hours of sleep is dangerous contradicting the must have 8 hours of sleep..they say that the maximum should be 7.5, minimum 6.5, and the ideal is 7..

Hi there Pierrot! I usually get five to six hours of sleep ever since I went back to college. Except for last night when we went to give our condolences to our friends, in the wake of their mother when we went home at 2:00 AM I think, so I only got four hours of sleep.

I always get good almost 8 hours of sleep , i never calculate my sleep , just sleep as i feel like, sometimes more sometimes less, sometimes i oversleep and then feel tired instead. i think anywhere between 5 to 8 hours is good sleep it refreshes you and sometimes sleeping extra is also good ha hah cheers . . happy sleeping

Sleep is a natural healer.It is remedy for many maladies.Disturbed sleep can be hazardous.Sleep disturbance may contribute to forgetfulness,fatigued and other diseases.Therefore,don't miss out on sleep and don't economise either.One must sleep at least 7/8 hours daily.Elderly people require maximum five hours of good sleep.Software professionals require maximum sleep of eight hours as they spend most hours in front of pc screen and this effects their eyes,which in turn leads to headache and other problems.Similarly working professionals require more sleep as they have to remain alert and focused to optimise their performance.The sleep hours should be minimum 6/7 hours.Anyway a minimum of seven hours of sleep is essential for everybody to maintain good health.I usually sleep for five hours in the night and two hours in the afternoon to keep the body and mind fit.thanx.

hello there! before,i used to have 8 hours or more of sleep. but now that i'm a mom,i usually get around 5-7 hours of sleep. having a baby to take care does get in the way of my sleeping hours,but i'm not complaining.somehow,it is still rewarding knowing that i'm the one who's personally taking care of my baby and don't have to depend on a helper to do that for me. happy mylotting!

usually around 7 hours, if i get any more than that, i tend to fell sluggish, any less then that, and im sluggish, so i try and get around 7 hours every night, just puts me right in that happy medium
