I would say Gunther,the Central Perk's boss.
He's really funny.
By the way,Janice is really annoying.She is a great actress.

Phoebe is the best character in the human form I also loved Marcelle (the monkey). He was so funny to watch and the storylines around him were hilarious to watch.
