do you take vitamins?

i do. i have 4 i think. calcium, vit c, multivits, and iron. i need to take calcium since i have scoliosis and i don't want to drink milk. i just don't like the taste of it. vit c, for daily protection against sickness. multivits as a tandem to the vit c i take and lastly iron because i help in doing my husband's research lately and i always sleep late. there are even times that i don't sleep specially if it's due for submission. im glad that there are vits because it helps boost our immune system.

Yup! I think that it's necessary for we cannot absorb all the nutrients from food, because most of it actually escapes during preparation. And besides, if to, we had to take every single food to get all the vitamins and minerals our body needs. Imagine your eating very bland and bitter vegetables 3 times a day? Anyway, i'm taking vitamin c and e.

you are right the many metabolic product are available in the market they are taken under the physician prescription only. They are Vitamine like multivitamine B complex,folic acid,irons and irons and calciums they are important one and they are need for the life but they should not take in the over dose..

Vitamin C is a requirement for me because I have weak lungs. I take 1000mg a day. Have a nice day!

No, not as of now. But, I have taken vitamins when I was younger.. A few months back, I took a vitamin for my hair, skin, nails.. I usually eat foods that has vitamin's in it..

yeah because i have to. i need a lot of energy for my strenuous daily activities. lol. this week, i can't remember even a single night where i slept early.

Maybe I should take iron,ive always seemed to be anaemic when ive had a blood test,but its something that I will forget about soon after.I am sure that taking vitamin supplements is a good idea,but they say that its possible to overdo it,and take too many,but I have a lot of friends who use the multi vitamins,and who take cod liver oil too.
