how to propose to a girl

Please friends tell me how to propose a girl..i mean i am a student of a financial school one girl is studying with me i am in love with her i love her all activities and she is also good friend of mine but i dont how to say my feelings because she is a very cool girl and she will think i am joking so pleasde let me know how should i propose her then she can understand what i am trying to say her? i mean how to express my feelings to her?

If you have been dating her then you can take her to a romantic resturant And after a great meal you can either get down on one knee or just hand her the ring box across the table as you ask her to marry you.
Or you can take her to your (and her) favorate place and ask her there. That will make it special for the both of you too.

Suggest you start treating her like your girlfriend, if she feel comfortable for sometime, then that moment, she will ask you instead of you try to express in any way. The reason is because with action, only people can feel and evaluate on that. =)
Note: Of course if she reluctant on any invitation or always not show interest on your action, then you might need to think twice on yours situation. =P

I would suggest before you go proposing to her that you sit her down and tell her your feelings and that you would like to take it from friendship to a committed relationship (just the two of you). Start it out with I would honestly like to have a heart to heart talk with you, explain that you enjoy spending time with her and that you are very extracted to her both emotionally and physically and believe that the both of you can have a wonderful relationship. Before spilling your guts I would suggest you find out how she feels about you.

Its easy when you have a friend to propose and its better to speak straight with her in a private place say in a cool place where lot of time to think rather than being disturbed with crowd so take her to a beach side and tell a story of love of somebody and conclude with your love to express it with a rose the beauty flower of lvoe here in my place

well, if I were on your place, I would do something romantic but simple, just ask the girl if you can treat her to a simple lunch, dinner, or snack...just the 2 of you and there you can talk to her about your feelings...if you can't say it directly to her, you can write a letter, and ask her to read it while your eating..but you must be ready on whatever decision she makes. It's a 50/50 chance always. but it's better to take chance than to let chance pass you by.
