Do you guys agree that our life would be better if everyone just uses one language?
I think that if we have a unified language, communication with others would be better, we could also understand others more and countries would be closer to each other.
What do you guys think, would it be better for us to have a unified language or not? Share your opinions about this. Also If you could choose what language would that be and why?

We must use english...as we all know that english is the universal language. All countries should impliment this even though we have our own native languages. Its about time!

You have a point there. I guess it wouldn't really be good but it would help us to know some kind of general language just so that we could understands others. Like english for example, a lot of countries know and speak of this language. I think it really helps if you know more than one language.

Life would be easier with one language but then which would we choose and who would choose and it seems all very complicated I love to learn languages I am not a quick study but I do enjoy it. I love to speak french and think Italian is lyrical and I love to hear Sanskrit and speaks to my soul even when I do not understand the words. and I am currently studing Sign and Spanish The world would certainly be more attentive and focused and alot quiter is we all just used sign. But in the end i just cannt decide. A great question Thanks.

I believe, English is going to that level and people will choose English as the universal language. Why? It is widely used all over and simple to express and learn.

I have pondered this question in my mind before. I have actually always wanted to learn a lot of languages so I can stay in sync with all nationalities. There are so many different dialects out there it would take forever to actually learn them all.
I would also like to learn Spanish. I am primarily English speaking from the United States. I do think that life could be a little easier with one unified language but not necessarily better.
We would definitely be able to communicate more effectively without the need for translation. I do also believe that the differences in people make the world what it is. It can be interesting to learn from others and so we should all remain somewhat different in respect to different languages.
If pressed with which language to choose for the world I would probably choose English. But English is actually one of the hardest languages to learn I believe.
