It is an argentinian site (well... at least their domain indicates it...) paying 1,5 cent per ad and 0,25 cent for your referals clicks.
I know that the click per ad rate is not that trustable. But they are on PTC scene for quite some time and already paid me once.
Tell me your experiences with this site or maybe even other "latino"-buxes. (like LeePubli or Bienpagado.)
