Your mother must have been horrified to find out that someone stole her identity and got gas from a garage. Credit card information should stay secret because it is terrible if a criminal gets hold of it. It is very sad to be a victim of identity theft. I hope that your mother's credit card has now been canceled so that the criminal can't use it anymore. Then your mother's bank should give your mother a new credit card. Good luck to your mother.

That's so sad.. Credit card information should allow everyone to create their own passwords.. That way if some crook decides to steal a credit card, they will be unable to, because, they don't know of the number like that. I am sorry for your mom's loss. I hope that she catches up with the person who did this dirty act upon her.
