when i growp up, i find it hard to get to sleep nowadays.
when i go to bed at 11:00 pm, i will still keep thinking lots of things without any reasons. everything rushes into my mind, i can not stop thinking even though i'm really very tired. i would very like to fall asleep soon, but i can not control my mind from thinking. it's not good, i do not have much sleeping time. then the morning comes, i'm still awake. i try to image the green grass and blue sky, but then turn to another thing very quickly.
this problem make me sick.
anyone who knows how to deal with it?
thanks a lot!

aw hunni i can sympathise u have this problem a lot and it is not nice, one thing that did work for me was to take a notepad to bed with me and to write down all the things i was thinking about and things i needed to remember etc, then that way they were off my mind so to speak, i dont no why writing them down helped i suppose it got them from just being on my mind onto paper too, try it tho it may help. good luck and i hope u get some sleep soon xxx

A light exrcise routine at night a couple hours prior to bed would help. Then a nice hot soak in a tub helps also. Keep your mind free prior to sleep as well.

I am finding that I can sleep very easily, and it really is better for you to relax before bed. Try to find more time to yourself so you can think during the day, so all of your thoughts and feelings don't feel like they're rushing at you as soon as you try to go to bed.
