Does this debate mean ANYTHING to you

Of course you will, but man how long will you stay for it? McCain vs Obama, some completely despise McCain others Obama so how do you see yourself in exactly 3 hours, 56 minutes? I have been waiting for it eagerly trying to keep up with updates to see if McCain will arrive but it certainly looks like he will so Im calm and cool. This debate seems like more assurance to me than all the bogusness going on in Washington with them scrambling to come to a deal which falls apart more times than ________ fill in the blank.
Do you see yourself pulling the hairs at your head in disgust or calm and collected as it turns out being everything you expected it would be?I really do not know what to expect because McCain has seemed so uneased lately not even like himself so maybe it will not be the usual words we hear from their rallies.
Will this debate mean Anything to you, you think? What will you find most disappointing about this debate, said or unsaid i mean?If this debate turns out unproductive with answers not clearly answered then I am going to be a little depressed for at least several hours because so much rides at a time like this.

this debate mean nothing to me,.....coz for me, this is all just for show...they are gooing to argue with each other about the issues and how they are going to face them when they become president...but then, you see in the end that they cannot implement what they had told the people....so what is the use of listening to empty promises?!

I totally agree.
To me what would mean the most is to see how the actual President does for us now.
Not what the candidates wish they could do.
I am also not wasting my time watching the debate (green party member btw) when McCain said he would skip the debate to go back and work on Congress that meant more to me than what he could possibly say in that debate.

but mccain still went to the debate....so you know that debate was purely for political reasons.....you don't even have to listen to them to know what they're real intentions are....

I'm kind of late responding to this since it's now 1:11 PM the next day. I watched the whole thing - how about you and what did you think? The spin had already started before the last question had been asked but I feel Obama did very well and that McCain looked frustrated and angry at times and I found it interesting that he couldn't look Obama in the eye, not a single time.

There will be two more Presidential debates and, of course, the "BIG ONE" that all of us are waiting for, the V.P. debate. I can't wait to see if Princess Sarah drifts off into a comment about health care when they're supposed to be discussing the banking crisis...lol!

Because there were so many needless distractions earlier on (Palin being a big chunk) I believe we need another debate but I just do not know how they could get them to address things other than their personal strongpoints you know?
