Foundation Clogging Pores?

Someone told me the foundation [ a type of a cosmetic] clogs your pores. Is it true/
Also, which ones do and which ones don't? I need to gift one to someone :P

try bare minerals! its the best. it doesnt clog the pores and the skin looks so fresh all day

some of them can. look for ones that say they are non comedgeonic/non pore clogging.Ones that say they are for oily skin arent normally so try one of them.
