You can only imagine the surprise 71 year old John Grady Pippen felt when the hospital paperwork he received at discharge told him he was pregnant!
Hospital administrator William McMillan blamed the error on an errant keystroke which caused the hospital's computer to print out the wrong page according to this article. http://www.azcentral.com/offbeat/articles/2008/09/26/20080926pregnant-grandpa0926-ON.html
Have you ever had a hospital or doctor make an error?

Your title had me smile for awhile. But I am not really surprise if the hospital and doctor made an error in giving diagnostic wrong response to their patient. Computer doesnt have a room for error, but human, like doctors who operates this software have room full of errors. That's why I think, it's always best to get second opinions.
