What popular breakfast food may help you peel away pounds? I receive this information send to my email and would like to share with mylotters here. Yep. Be they poached, scrambled, or sunny-side up, eggs may be a real friend to dieters. Here's why. Eggs Beat Bagels In a study, people on a low-calorie weight loss plan who ate two scrambled eggs and unbuttered toast (with jelly!) for breakfast lost 65 percent more weight than dieters who had a bagel with cream cheese for their morning meal. How do eggs help? They may simply keep people feeling satisfied longer than carbs do -- and eating less later on. Remember the Big Picture Keep in mind that this study included a low-calorie diet. That means eating eggs for breakfast helps only if you’re watching what and how much you eat the rest of the day, too. Eggs have always been a popular breakfast food and now the report says that it helps to peel away pounds, this is surely a good news to those who are trying to lose weight. What is normally your breakfast food? For me my breakfast is always heavy as it is taken as a brunch.

My view is some what different about this. I think the Eggs help increase in the cholesterol in the blood which leads to High Blood Pressure and diabetes. I have switched over to the Fruit Breakfast and I lost weight. If you can opt for eating Fiber Rich Fruit or or eat oil free and fiber rich breakfast you can loose your weight rapidly. I have and I am satisfied with it.

Thanks for the information. I am right now eating eggs once in a while and sticking to cereal. Since winter is coming my way I will probably change to oatmeal. I like eggs, bacon, pancakes for dinner (not a good diet but an easy dinner for me)
