well, i always try to make it a point to spend time with my family! its just that we dont usually get to have quality time with each other...why? well financially we are not that stable so my husband have to have more than 1 job, aside from his regular job at a big university here ( he works at the human resource dept,.) he also freelances as a computer technician/layout artist as well. so even at sundays he has to work just for us to have extra money and i also have to make overtime at work so i would also be paid extra! But i still try to squeeze in soem time for the kids like Sunday afternoon we go to parks or eat together so the kids wont feel neglected and if we cannot go out we just stayed at home and spend time with each other, watch television together or play with the kids!how about you?

Yes, I do and it's the best times ever.. I am a working mum so most of the time I am not at work, weekends, evenings or otherwise I make time for my daughter. We go to the parks, funfair, aquarium, I try and find out what's going on around us and meet up with her best friend and mum. If we stay in, we'll watch cartoons and movies together (I sometimes download cartoons or movies we can watch together), books or DVDs from the library, do some baking or cook together To me, it is very important for the kids to enjoy their childhood and to enjoy it with them and work is just a means... They're the best moments and we enjoy them thoroughly

for me FAMILY comes first..quality time should be on the top of the list. no matter how busy we are just to make ends meet, make some sacrifices and find ways to spend time with the family..trust me, it's all worth it.;o)

I find it so hard to find time for my family even to my partner..I'm just one hella busy lady who works her day almost all day...i mean night because i work on nght shift...i work at 7 pm and will go out at 10 am..suppose it should be 4 am but I'm doing overtimes that is why when i get home i just wanna lay down my back on the bed and sleep...i hardly find time for myself as well..good thing i haven't got another child if i do i might have run out of time with her as well...most of the time this is what we argue the most, me and my partner because he always find me sleeping and we hardly talk no more...i don't remember when was the last time i ever watched movie with them...eat with them...i don't know i don't remember anymore..maybe one day i wont even remember when would be the last time i brushed my hair...

that is quite sad angel, but understandable, u work in a call center? they should understand you because its for your financial stability..but still find time like when it is your day-off..they may understand your situation:)

Right now, I'm with my mom and my sister. We have always stuck together since we are the only ones left. My grandparents are already gone, my dad left us and aunt is already abroad. I always make it a point to prioritize being with them and have quality time together at home and even when we go out to have a stroll in the malls/parks. We take the chance when we are spending quality time with each other to share what's happening (with me from my work, with my sister from training, and my mom with her friends and the rest of the family). It's real nice and I couldn't ask for more. Take care!

Oh!You are surprised to me!Your husband is a teacher in a big university and you feel have not enough money to use!It is beyond belief!I think maybe you have more children! In china we have carried out the family planning policy for many years! So in china ,there is a child in a family! So we can set aside much extra money to advance the standard of living!

hi, unfortunately the lifestyle here is different from china. It is very difficult, plus the salary my husband earns in the university is not high, just a little bit above the minimum...the necessities here are also high, plus gas, water and electric bill! so we really have to work harder to provide quality living for our family...we only have two kids, the eldest is three years old and the youngest is barely 2 years old....
