Here's a way that worked for both me and my brother, but may cause some burning for a short while.
Use a banana peel. Simple place the inside of the peel (after eating the banana or whatever) on the wart for an hour or so and the wart will actually fall right out and never grow back. Give that a try and let me know how it works for you.

Usually at the Dermatologists office they will use Liquid Nitrogen, what you need to think about however is that it may look like a wart but be something else. The best thing to do is see a Dermatologist, if it keeps coming back there's a reason and a family practice physician can't help skin conditions. You need to see a skin specialist.

The two biggest problems with warts is their resilience and the mystery that sometimes surrounds them. By resilience I mean that one particular treatment might work on certain warts but not on others and even if it does work once that wart might just reappear. The mystery portion revolves around how scientists/doctors don't have a cure for people who have a recurring wart problem. There are many different ways of treating warts and you should be going to a dermatologist who is comfortable with doing whatever it takes to remove the warts.
