Yes i do. We are just human. Its not good to judge people so let him recover about the mistake he or she had made. A lot of people may change..good to bad or bad to good..Whatever the changes is..Give everybody a chance to change..and even forgive the mistakes they have done. Even God can forgive no matter how black our sin is how much more we are.

I believe that, also, i believe it should more than 2 times, this will allow people to have chance to improve further and become better instead of remain same position. =)

well, it depends on the situation you face. if you are on the top of a skyscraper building and to jump to another skyscraper building, you won't have a second chance. you have to make it in the first try. but in life, mostly we don't have to face the desperate situation. and we mostly will get the second chance. to make mistakes is human. the point is that we don't give up. never give up with this challenging life. only who struggling till the end will get rewarded. good luck.
