Hi dear,
There is no doubt; tooth enamel is the right answer. Once I watched a quiz program and it was one of the questions asked by the quiz master. Tooth enamel is the hardest tissue produced by the body. The enamel protects our teeth of its lifetime. It cannot regenerate itself, because it is formed by a layer of cells that is lost by the time the tooth appears in the mouth.
