My dog is driving me nuts! Does your dog do this?

An hour ago, the dog was let out. She was fed and just let back in. It has been 5 maybe 10 minutes and she wants back out. From experience, I know she will just run along the back fence barking at people who are walking their dogs. I have told her to lay down. Nope, not working. I am getting nose nudged. And now licked. Oh well my 5 year old let her out. Tah dah! the barking has started. Better go get her.

Dogs will be dogs it is their way of saying Hey look at me this is my yard stay away..lol Or hey you wanna tango..lol If one dog in my holler barks the every dog in the holler barks and talk about loud it will drive you nuts. I actually had to get a pair of noise reducers for my ears.

Ah, the joys of predictable doggy behavior. My dog is also territorial and I'm afraid that people tend to walk their dogs close to the fence in our back yard. Again and again, they will set of a trail of barking dogs as they go but they never seem to get a clue and walk their dogs farther away from the fence out of courtesy for other people. I'll bet they do not even pick up their dog's poo when he takes a dump.

This is so common in dogs and the smaller they are somehow the more they want to bark . When I was younger we had a Spitz and she would do this all the time and nothing we did would make her stop . She felt she was protecting her territory and this is why she would bark , why she wanted in and out a million times is beyond me but often children will do this to ... they will go in and out a million and one times just because they can so I would assume it is the same with dogs .. they know someone will let them out and then back in again :)

My dogs have days when they want in and out constantly. It gets annoying. Fortunately I live in the middle of nowhere, so I can just make them stay out and if they bark it bothers no one but me.
