Love Cheese... What's you favorite kind?

Cheese is definitely one of my favorite foods. But there are so many kinds out there. Most people always like either American or Swiss. Personally, I think Swiss is nasty. But I love Muenster, Blue Cheese, Provolone, Brie, or anything HOT. And my daughter will eat anything cheesy, especially cottage cheese every morning.

I'll just say it: I loathe American cheese. Sure, I'm an American, but that doesn't mean I can stand our cheese! LOL I love Asiago cheese or Muenster cheese. Mozzerella, Cheddar, yummmy! I'm not crazy about Swiss cheese or blue cheese. I hate blue cheese salad dressing. Am I spelling that right? Sometimes I see Blue cheese spelled bleu. Oh whatever.

I agree with you. American cheese is so over rated. I mainly like it on just grill cheese.

I see that too, but I don't the difference either. Blue or bleu? Maybe the language? Sounds french.
