Yes I wash my hand after going to bathroom. I tell people at work wash your hands. You know could got pee on your hand when wipping of the other and not know it. So please wash your hands. My racker now washes her hands. Dhe looked at them one time and made a face and washed her hands fast. LOL. Your friend Onlydia

I always wash my hands after using the bathroom. I think it is disgusting when people don't. I have always raised my kids to wash their hands after going to the bathroom and I always ask them "Did you wash your hands?". Sometimes they go running back to the bathroom and then I always yell after them "You know you are supposed to wash your hands with soap and water!". I hate going to public restrooms because I see how so many people just go in and urinate or defecate and then just walk out of the bathroom without even pausing at the sink. Then they touch the door handles! The worst thing is after I see them doing that I wash my hands and look around and there are no paper towels - only those hand dryers! How am I supposed to grab the door handle with nothing after I KNOW it is dirty!?! I grab toilet paper and use that to open the door. It is sad too, because most places HAVE to post that sign that says "WASH YOUR HANDS/LAVE LAS MANOS". Are people not being taught to wash up or what? Is it laziness? I just don't understand it. One of my girlfriends, I saw her leave the bathroom at my house and she did not wash her hands. I asked her if she was planning on washing her hands and she told me that urine is a sterile fluid. Can you believe that? I asked her to please wash her hands when she is in my house around my children, etc. And she laughed and called me paranoid, but she did wash her hands. Yes I take the few minutes it takes to do this :) I remember a few years ago when I was at my sisters place she had a half bath so she had no sink in the bathroom and every time I would come out I would go to her kitchen sink to wash my hands . She asked me one day in front of a bunch of people if there was something wrong with me that I had to wash my hands all the time when I went to the bathroom , could I not pee without peeing on my hands ? I couldn't beleive she had asked this in front of a bunch of people and was quick to inform her that I did not pee on my hands but it was a sanitary reason and if she did not do this then she was the one who was disugusting , not me !!

My personality everyone tells me I can cheer them up when they are feelign down cause I am always happy so this woudl be what is unique about me. I try not to let things get to me and usually am happy and in a good mood and I enjoy having a good time wehn I got out with frineds adn they say that this makes the feel better about themselves.

Hand sanitizer is necessary because those who do not wash their hands do use the doorknob! I can't imagine why people don't wash their hands. They must know about the dangers to their health.

Yes I do. I hate going to the restroom when I am out and about in town because I have seen people in th restrooms an they don't wash their hands and oy vey they touch the door handle. ick. My husband opens the door at stores and places we each because I don't want to touch the handles. But if I have to touch door handles and things when we are out I use hand sanitizer.

What a question!! lol YES YES YES absolutely I do!! I even wipe the toilet seat and line it with toilet paper before sitting on it.... that is, IF I have to sit on it. Now when I wash my hands, I'll wash the handle to the water too because the person before me turned it on after using the bathroom and who knows how much germs she put on it so yeah, I'll wash it before turning it off. Also I suggested to a friend of mine about little ones having to use the bathroom and not wanting them to sit on the seat to use hand sanitizer to clean the seat before the child sits and she thought it was a great idea! So I'm passing that idea on to you and who ever else that reads my response here. lol

It is just automatic for me to wash my hands after going to the bathroom. There is nothing worse than someone using the bathroom and then just going right ahead and doing something else, like eating or cooking, without washing their hands first. Even my grandkids, at an early age, would ask, "Did you wash your hands?" They didn't care who it was, they asked when they'd come out of the bathroom. They realized that hands hold lots of germs!

Absolutely, I do washed my hand after going on to the bathroom and using a sanitizer is one of the best result to maintain our hygiene......

Yes, yes and yes again. LOL! When I don't get to do it I feel sort of panicky like, "oh no, dirty hands!!!" Sometimes, I do it twice. I guess I have some OC tendencies.

Yes...always! I want to be clean. Handwashing is the best way to prevent illness too! If everyone would wash their hands several times a day, I wonder how much illness would actually spread to others.

Hi ya mattcassethan Yep, I always wash my hands after visiting the bathroom and always have even though my husband claims to have taught me to, how bizarre! My dad was very strict about it when I was a kid and I am just as strict with my kids too.
